Description:

The Signal, a multimedia company in Santa Clarita, Calif., is seeking a person for its full-time special sections editor position – a utility player position at our company. The special sections editor writes and edits for several of the company’s editorial products such as the Santa Clarita Valley Business Journal, the Health & Family magazine as well as a number of advertorial publications produced throughout the year. This person also works one night a week on our copy desk for our daily newspaper The Santa Clarita Valley Signal so applicants must be able to use InDesign. As you can see, this position’s duties are varied and only people who can perform a wide variety of tasks need apply. The job is largely Mon.-Fri. during the day but some flexibility in scheduling may be necessary. Multimedia experience is required as our operations in this area are growing quickly.
