We are seeking an energetic and curious person who can be a team player in our newsroom of about a dozen full-time reporters. The ideal candidate has creative story ideas, and can work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

The Cape Cod Times is a collaborative place to work. You will gain experience in a multimedia environment, generate clips for your portfolio, and spend a summer on Cape Cod!

Interns in our newsroom work from early June to mid-August, although we can work around the start and end dates needed for your school schedule.

Interns generally work Monday through Friday, although the schedule may include some nights and/or weekends.

We pay $10/hour with a 37.5-hour work week.

College newspaper reporting experience is expected of our applicants.
