Responsibilities
• Manage active advertising campaigns for our online-management system, ensuring full delivery of impressions and/or maximizing impressions where needed.
• Ensure all upcoming ad campaigns have been proofed, that the proper advertising is correctly submitted to the ad system, and that the client is happy.
• Generate traffic reports and perform the necessary post-production work to make them presentable, and jump on any questions from clients regarding reports and their campaigns.
• Work directly with ad server tech support team to quickly correct any problems.
• Work directly with the sales manager and sales director to ensure each campaign is properly created and being tracked.
• Assist the sales team with day to day tasks, from responding to clients to generating inventory reports to helping with and sometimes completing sales.

Qualifications
• Experience with content management systems and online-based programs.
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
• College degree preferred but will consider experience relevant to this position.
