Responsibilities: * Provide strategic counsel to CPG brand managers on content marketing * Help shape and deliver client presentations * Lead, mentor and motivate a team of writers (in-house and freelancers) * Set and maintain the editorial direction for multiple digital properties that a team of writers and other collaborators can carry out * Ensure that each property's writers are creating excellent content that is in line with brand equities * Collaborate with the leaders of design, UX, search and branding to ensure overall consistency and integrity of each digital property * Stay abreast of and share the latest trends and developments in the creation and publishing of digital content

JOB REQUIREMENTS: * 7-10 years of professional writing and editing experience, with at least 3 years in a chief editor role within a digital context * Proven success providing counsel to CPG brand managers at Fortune 500 firms * Proven success with managing a team of writers * Outstanding presentation and client relationship skills * Experience leading large, multiple CRM projects simultaneously * Expert knowledge of digital content and how it's discovered, read and shared * Outstanding editing and writing skills
