Description: This strategic person works closely with our Publisher to develop and implement high-impact sales strategies designed to grow our print and interactive revenues. You will manage the sales/marketing functions, budgeting and forecasting, and your staff. You will work to increase market share by coaching and training sales staff toward continuous self-development. Our customers succeed when we create value for them by building solid relationships that enable continuous revenue growth. Such success means we will reward you with a competitive salary and bonus program. Experience speaking effectively before groups of customers, employees or organizations is required. BA/BS in Advertising, Marketing or related field with 5-7 years management experience in sales and/or internet technologies is essential.
