Do you have a passion for local news and a record of success online?
The Daily Voice (www.DailyVoice.com), a national community news
company, is hiring reporters for Westchester County, N.Y. and
Fairfield County, CT. You will be responsible for a town and will be
part of a team of reporters and editors working to become the go-to
resource for news, views and information.

With sharp editing, regular performance reviews, a program of
professional development and a winning business model, we will help
you make the most of your multimedia reporting and storytelling
skills. You will help us become the leading news site in the towns we
serve. Together we will build the nation's largest community news
company devoted to producing high-quality local news and information,
and sharing the voices of our readers with the community at large.

Requirements include access to a car, an understanding of journalistic
standards and a belief in the primacy of local reporting in people’s
lives. Some experience as a journalist is mandatory; experience as a
local reporter is a plus. Candidates must be facile with social media
(Facebook, Twitter). Our reporters live in or near the towns they
cover, so you must be willing to relocate if necessary.
