Description:

Community newspaper group in southeast Wyoming is looking to hire a general assignment reporter who will have the opportunity to cover a wide variety of topics as well as having some regularly assigned beats.

Torrington is located in Wyoming's "banana belt" and is known for its mild winters and abundant sunshine year-round. The small town is the county seat for Wyoming's top agricultural area, but is close to many outdoor activities that most think of when picturing Wyoming.

Duties include government reporting, feature writing, spot news, etc. in and around Goshen County. Must be a good writer with a passion for accuracy. Photography skills a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
