The ideal candidate will have a knack for thoughtfully looking beyond the obvious and surprising readers by telling engaging stories. Beat emphasis is on covering business, economic development and the local nonprofit community, but assignments are diverse and the opportunity for enterprise is rich. Our team is committed to an intensely local focus, and watchdog journalism is one of our cornerstones.
