Description:

The award-winning Kokomo Tribune is looking for an experienced and proven leader to oversee the metro side of the newspaper. This is the No. 2 position in the newsroom. Successful candidates will have a track record of juggling multiple priorities -- breaking news and shepherding in-depth stories, error-free line editing, opinion writing, experience in using different story-telling methods, as well as thinking online first and knowledge of page design. The ideal candidate has at least five years experience in leading other newsrooms, is passionate about accuracy and being consistently organized.
