News reporter wanted at The Enterprise - Utah's Business Journal, Salt Lake City, which has published weekly for more than 42 years. Business news reporting (Main Street, not Wall Street) a major plus. Position requires coverage of virtually all municipalities in the greater Salt Lake City metro area (planning commissions, redevelopment agencies, city councils) as well as building permits, commercial real estate transactions and general contractor project bidding information. Ability to write business features and business briefs also a plus. Applicants should be "self-starters" who require little supervision and are familiar with Apple computers. Work week is approximately 35 hours. Benefits include health and dental insurance. Salary commensurate with experience.
