Description:

The Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond is seeking an Economics Writer with a background in economics and some journalism experience. The Economics Writer contributes features and other articles to the Richmond Fed's quarterly economics magazine, Region Focus. He or she also collaborates with economists on articles for the Economic Brief series and other Research Department publications.

 

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in economics or a related field and, preferably, a master's degree as well, along with a record of success in writing about economics.

 

The position is located at the Richmond Fed's headquarters in Richmond, Va. The hiring range isapproximately $55K to $69K depending on experience, and the benefits package is very competitive.
