The Rawlins Daily Times seeks a sports reporter to cover high school and community sports, using conventional reporting and multi-media storytelling. If you're not ready to use social and new media on a daily basis, then please don't apply.

Our newspaper covers all of Carbon County, which includes multiple high schools. The position requires some weekend work, as well as covering events outside of sports when needed. Candidates should have solid grasp of AP, reporting and journalism ethics. Extra consideration is given to candidates with strong copy-editing ability, Web site experience, lay-out experience (Quark) and photography and video skills.
