Description:

DecisionHealth, a UCG company located in Gaithersburg, Maryland, seeks a creative, enthusiastic reporter and content developer to deliver news stories and instructional advice and actionable guidance in print and online formats to hospital accreditation professionals and physician office managers. If you thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where fresh ideas are encouraged, this could be the job for you.

The ideal candidate will have some reporting experience, demonstrable writing talent, strong copyediting and proofreading skills, and an interest in developing and launching new products, conferences, handbooks and Web services. Some knowledge of the health care industry is useful but not essential. Some experience with B2B publishing also is a plus.

Required Skills

Minimum 2-3 years as a reporter, editor or writer, or equivalent educational background
Excellent proofreading skills
