A new Midwest media company is launching in Central Illinois and looking for skilled journalists to cultivate news sources in new territories throughout the region.

You will have the opportunity to cover and write local news, sports and feature stories.

Candidates should have a degree in journalism or equivalent experience in the communications field.

You must be available to travel within Central Illinois to report on local news stories. Overnight travel not required.

Full-time position with excellent compensation package and benefits.
