Description: A progressive Miami organization is seeking a talented new media writer/journalist who can dive into the very interesting and important beat of financial crime, corruption, fraud and money laundering and help develop, produce, solicit, post and maintain rich and compelling content for all our channels, primarily web, but also conferences and seminars. Our growth assigns primary importance to valuable and often exclusive content that our website (ACFCS.org) offers as a principal benefit of belonging to the Association of Certified Financial Crime Specialists. Our site provides diverse content and links, original articles produced in-house, interactive elements that build and strengthen the community of professionals it serves, how-to and guidance articles and analysis from experts, training tips, and news and updates about the services and offerings of ACFCS. The successful candidate will be based in South Florida and be comfortable interviewing experts, understanding the issues in a fluid and, complex field, and reporting them clearly. This candidate should possess top writing, research and editorial skills, work independently but also be a team player, have proficient web skills and experience with content management systems. He or she should also relish the challenge of seeking out and listening to industry leaders to provide and produce rich content. Educational and Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree minimum, with at least two years of relevant experience in journalism, web operations, communications or a combination of these.
