Responsible for the strategic development of the firm's print and digital collateral that spans across the Marketing Communications, Graphic Design and Web Content teams. Assists Strategic Content Development Team to produce numerous collateral requests across digital channels and for print purposes. Uses writing skills, graphic design and critical thinking to create content as requested by attorneys and marketers.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Project management for the planning, execution and implementation of multifaceted projects that begin as static content but then are choreographed on the firm’s intranet and external site as well as in business pitches and presentations.
  • Conducts interviews with marketing managers and firm attorneys to identify content objectives and create user-friendly product; employs excellent problem-solving skills and a willingness to troubleshoot content challenges as they arise.
  • Develops and implements content strategies that span copywriting, graphic design, light HTML, videography/multimedia, and social media to effectively describe and promote the firm; this includes award-based Fast Facts, infographics, ads/displays, brochures, graphic-heavy show sheets, PowerPoints and other hybrid projects for original project requests and collateral revamps.
  • Produces independent work product as well as integrates the work of other writers, designers, videographers and web content team members to address content and design projects.
  • Ensures all collateral adheres to firm standards and works with end user to optimize content on various devices.
  • Suggests innovative print and digital collateral ideas in various types of media, as well as counsels team leaders on new strategies for effectiveness based on practice marketer, attorney and client insight and data.
  • Demonstrates adeptness at keeping up with the latest digital trends, reviewing each project to ensure that great content and amazing design coexist.
  • Conducts research projects in support of content strategy initiatives.
  • Additional projects as assigned.


  • 2+ years professional exempt experience with required degree.
  • Knowledge of basic HTML, Adobe Creative Cloud design programs , including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop, and in-depth writing experience required.
  • Excellent written and oral communications, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Experience in writing substantive marketing materials.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of editorial, web content and design experience, preferably in professional services.
  • Proficiency in a range of computer software applications preferred, including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud and content management systems.

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
