Sinclair Broadcast Group is looking for an individual who is professional, organized, has a positive attitude, ability to multi-task, has strong Microsoft Office skills and is a team player to assist the Vice President of Network Sales and the Sinclair Network Sales Staff in providing administrative support and office management to the New York Office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative/clerical support (includes typing memos, documents and general correspondence as well as filing).
  • Professionally answer incoming phone calls and take detailed messages.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Manage calendars.
  • Act as liaison with the building’s landlord and manage operational issues.
  • Oversee scheduling of conference rooms.
  • Coordination and planning of domestic travel.
  • Process expense reports.
  • Obtain signatures for various external and internal legal documents (includes printing, scanning and emailing).
  • Maintain contact lists.
  • Scan business cards.
  • Copy documents as needed.
  • Create and organize files as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
