We design, engineer, and manufacture antennas, combiners, switches, diplexers, transmission lines and waveguides for television, and FM radio. We collaborate with the consultant community, as well as with its customers' engineering staffs, to design advanced and reliable antenna systems.

We are currently seeking an RF Systems Project Planner who will work closely with the Sales team to determine the priority and specifications for all RF Systems. Functions as an informational source and coordinates efforts from multiple departments when special or critical issues occur. The successful candidate will be extremely organized, have a keen eye for details, and the ability to handle multiple demands in a high paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the RF Systems flow of information between departments
  • Organize and coordinate ship dates between Sales and Engineering
  • Coordinate supply chain delivery with vendors
  • Review orders for accuracy
  • Schedule and stage parts for assembly and test
  • Overall project prioritization
  • Specification determination and coordination
  • Expedite the flow of work through the lab
  • Streamline processes to improve productivity
  • Identify and maintain KANBAN levels
  • Communicate problems and obstacles to management

Essential Qualifications:

  • Trained in RF Systems production
  • Knowledge of broadcast systems
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work across functions and in team oriented environment
  • Able to follow all safety rules and regulations
  • Must be willing to be trained in all areas of production
