WOAI-TV is looking for a Local Sales Manager (LSM) .We are looking for someone who will lead our local sales department in maximizing all sales opportunities, with an emphasis on multimedia platform new business development. This position requires an individual who possesses strong leadership skills to lead a local sales team in selling new business. This individual will need to be a negotiator and motivator!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with General Sales Manager in recruitment, training and effective management of local sales team
  • Grow relationships with local advertisers
  • Assist in inventory management and pricing
  • Oversight of new local business efforts, including accountability for new business sales goals (Broadcast and Digital)and inventory management
  • Manage and control sales revenue by developing strong relationship with local clients
