Description:
Seeking a general assignments reporter with a features emphasis. We're looking for a writer who can produce sparkling copy, work without a great deal of supervision, track down unusual subjects for the front page of our Discover and Community sections.... and occasionally pop a story out onto Page One. The Tyler Morning Telegraph is an award-winning, mid-sized daily newspaper in East Texas. We thrive on hard news but push for stories that soften the package. This position is opening soon. We are hoping for experienced candidates, but we will consider experienced graduates.
