Position: Editorial

Location: Maynard, Massachusetts

Responsibilities: We are seeking editors to proofread, edit, format and distribute news releases issued to the international media and financial community. This position requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and involves a significant amount of customer service. GlobeNewswire is a 24x7 operation. We are seeking to fill a number of positions in different "shifts" including early morning, afternoon/early evening, and an overnight shift.

Requirements: • B.A. in Journalism, Public Relations or a related field. • Excellent proofreading skills and a keen attention to detail. • Computer experience is a must, especially with Windows PCs; word processing and e-mail applications; and Internet browsers. • Ability to handle phones and interact with clients at all levels.
