Advertising Account Representative

Join the Advertising Sales team at the Williston Herald, in Williston North Dakota. We have an opening in the advertising sales department that offers an excellent career opportunity to the right individual.

As an Advertising Account Representative, you will be calling on local businesses to sell advertising space in the local newspaper and building relationships for the future. This is a fast- paced job for people who like to work independently.

If you are self- motivated, detail oriented and enjoy meeting people this may be your opportunity. The earning potential for this job is based on your sale ability. A successful Account Representative can expect to earn between $35,000 and $45, 000 annually in their first year.

We prefer prior sales experience, basic computer skills, and excellent communications skills. We are willing however to train the right person.

The job has a base salary and commissions based on sales performance. The Herald also offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, life insurance and a company matched 401K retirement plan. Relocation is negotiable.
