Description:
The Ravalli Republic, a five-day newspaper in Hamilton, Mt., has an opening for a government reporter. Prior newspaper experience is desired. Photography and design skills are a plus. The Republic provides solid local coverage for the beautiful Bitterroot Valley. While the position will focus on coverage of county and city governments, we’re looking for a creative, innovative writer able to write an interesting feature one day and a solid budget story the next. Strong proof-reading, writing and organization skills are a must. This is a Monday through Friday full time position.
