International business magazine with headquarters in London and NYC is seeking an editorial intern willing to learn ins and out of business journalism and contribute to daily work of the editorial office.
This is a great opportunity to gain a hands-on experience in business journalism and see your works published both online and in print.
We are looking for:
A proactive, open-minded person with passion for business journalism in general and economic development in particular. We write about international economy and foreign investments, so the ideal candidate should have a good knowledge of these topics. We are not looking for Milton Friedman or Joseph Stiglitz, but definitely a person who knows who these noble gentlemen are.
In your role you will be expected to come to the office 1 and 2 a day for the period of two months.
You will help with researching stories, potential interviewees as well as writing news and longer features.
The internship is unpaid, however upon completion the internship there is a possibility to become a regular, paid contributor to the magazine.
