*Works in a team environment, handles high volume tasks, and assists with daily functions (e.g. marketing material, data entry, copying and filing)
*Handles assorted duties: typing, xeroxing, filing, assembling packets
*Distributes Flyers/posters/needed marketing materials to all staff members
*Answers incoming calls and takes messages as needed
*Maintain email list
*Client Surveys – asking clients for testimonial and referral
*Assistance on composing and publising weekly blog
*Work on creating ebooks to gain new leads for the company
*Assist in maintaining Social Media
*Enhancement of online presence
*Create lead capture pages
*Create and send out email newsletters and campaigns as needed for agents
*Provide any additional assistance and marketing to office staff and agents when needed for new listings
*Assist in special projects as needed
*Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements *15-20 hours a week (more if desired)
*Ability to use a personal computer well and have a working knowledge of computer programs:
Microsoft Office (spreadsheet and word processing), Power Point, Photoshop, Word Press
*Able to demonstrate multi-tasking ability, have good long and short term memory, able to problem solve and to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and have excellent organizational skills.
*Able to maintain records and have the skills to operate a variety of computer programs.
*This position provides support for the Office Manage and company and this position is an un-paid internship.
