Description

Chicago Dispatcher Inc. is a small trade publication in Chicago that has served the taxi drivers, public chauffeurs and riding public since 2002. Currently we are expanding to reach several large cities in the U.S. and are looking for an ambitious intern interested in wanting to write, edit, design, and assist with social media.

Responsibilities

The writing and social media intern would be responsible for writing stories, chasing leads, managing our social media presence and contributing to the growth of Chicago Dispatcher Inc.

Requirements

-Must be majoring in Journalism or a related field. 
-Must be able to submit 2-4 writing examples. 
-Must have an interest in community journalism and writing in a professional manor. 
-Must be able to commit to a 2-3 month internship (internship expansion can be discussed).
